Sarah brings over 12 years of experience in community development and women empowerment across West Africa. With a background in social work and non-profit management, she has led grassroots initiatives in Ghana, Nigeria, and Liberia.

Programs Director

Dr. Osei holds a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Ghana and has spent 8 years designing and implementing education and mentorship programs for women across rural Ghana.

Kofi is a certified financial analyst with 10 years of experience in banking and microfinance. He specializes in designing accessible financial education curricula for underserved communities.
