Our Story

From Vision to Constitutional Foundation

Registered Non-Profit Organization
Incorporated as a Private Company Limited by Guarantee under the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992) of Ghana

EmpowerHer Pathway Initiative Alliance is a Ghana-based non-governmental organization formally incorporated under the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992). The initiative was conceived in response to the socio-economic challenges faced by young women and the related impact on child welfare within many Ghanaian communities.

The Beginning

The Spark of Change

The idea for the organization emerged from ongoing conversations, community observations, and personal experiences that highlighted gaps in financial literacy, access to mentorship, wellness education, and support systems for women and children. These challenges continue to limit opportunities for young women to attain financial independence and affect the overall development and well-being of children.
