About Our Organization
EmpowerHer Pathway Initiative Alliance is a registered non-profit organization incorporated under the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992) in Ghana. We are dedicated to fostering financial independence and promoting wellness for young women and children across Ghana through education, mentorship, and community support programs.
EmpowerHer Pathway Initiative Alliance was officially incorporated on January 15, 2025. While we are a newly established organization, our founding team brings decades of combined experience in community development, education, and social work.
We currently focus our efforts in the Greater Accra Region, with plans to expand to other regions across Ghana. Our programs are designed to be scalable and adaptable to different communities and their unique needs.
We operate under a constitutional framework with a Board of Directors that provides oversight and strategic direction. We hold Annual General Meetings, conduct quarterly board reviews, and maintain full transparency in our operations and finances.
Programs & Services
We offer comprehensive programs in three main areas: Financial Literacy & Entrepreneurship, Health & Wellness Education, and Mentorship & Skills Development.
Our programs are primarily designed for young women and children in Ghana, particularly those from underserved communities. We welcome participants of all backgrounds who are committed to personal growth and community development.
Yes, all our core programs are provided free of charge to participants. We believe that financial barriers should not prevent anyone from accessing education and empowerment opportunities.

Getting Involved

Yes, we gratefully accept donations to support our programs and operations. You can make a donation through our Donate page. All donations are used exclusively for our mission—no income benefits members or directors.

We maintain rigorous financial accountability through dual signature banking requirements, annual independent audits, and transparent fund allocation. Our constitutional framework ensures that 100% of funds are used exclusively for our mission.
